3. How does importing returns work?

With this import, you can import a CSV file containing information about your returns in order to:

• Create new feedback.
• Update existing returns (for example, to change their state to canceled).

Example files are available to guide you and ensure that you are following the correct data structure.

 

4. How do I use the returns import feature?

• Go to the menu Configurations -> File management -> Import -> Back :

• Click on Import a fileSelect the desired action and download one of the corresponding example files:

 

💠 Noticed :

The example file ‘ without_order_id', as its name suggests, allows you to identify the associated order by means other than its ID. In this case, don't forget to fill in the fields source And source_ref (information regarding the order, not the return).
