WAREHOUSE-SIDE ORDER PROCESSING

Warehouse-side order receiving allows logistics professionals to automatically receive orders from Shippingbo seller accounts and process them like any other order.

2. Prerequisites✔️:

  • Available from the Pack Premium + in Multi-Shipping Box
  • THE Product catalogs must be synchronized between the two accounts:

    • The product must exist in the classic catalogue.

    • The seller's catalogue must be added to the Warehouse account.

    • The warehouse catalogue must be added to the Seller account.

 

3. How does order processing work on the Warehouse side?

When this feature is enabled and the prerequisites are met, Orders created in the Seller account are automatically transferred (routed) to the Warehouse account.

Example :

"If a seller receives an order in their Shippingbo account, it is automatically routed to the Warehouse account, where it appears in the status To prepare, ready to be shipped."

💡 Trick
Remember to check that the products in your orders are present in both catalogues (seller and warehouse), otherwise the routing will not be possible.

 

📢 Warning:
Orders will only be routed if all products are correctly referenced in both product catalogues.

  • Ensure that the seller's and warehouse's catalogues are properly linked.
