[FAQs- Erreurs attendus de réception](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/base-de-connaissance/erreurs-fr%C3%A9quentes-comment-les-%C3%A9viter?hsLang=fr#faqs-erreurs-attendus-de-r%C3%A9ception) 25 octobre 2026 # ERROR WHEN CREATING AN EXPECTED RECEIPT BY FILE IMPORT You are trying to create an expected receipt by file import, but you encounter the error message below:  *"Unable to create items for an expected receipt that is already closed or canceled."*   This message means that you are trying to create your expected receipt using references that already exist in your "Expected receipts" menu:    Indeed, the combination **source\_ref\_supply\_capsule + supplier\_code** must be unique because it corresponds to a single expected receipt.
