For example, you changed your carrier contract number but kept the carrier mapping for the old contract. As a result, labels will still be generated with the old contract number, causing this error message.    This message may also mean that the service you are trying to generate the label with, for example GLS Flex Delivery, is not enabled for your carrier account, so you cannot ship with it.    ✅**Solution:**  We suggest updating your carrier mapping rules so that the carrier calculated for orders is the one matching the new contract, or contacting your account manager at the carrier concerned to find out whether the service you are trying to ship with is actually enabled.    #### Contact us 📬: Questions about this feature?
