Prerequisites This export is only available on **OMS accounts**.   ### 2. Run the export **2.1** Go to your Shippingbo account in the menu **Configurations** \> **File management** \> **Export** \> **Remote locations** \> **Exports**: ![](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-04-2026-03-14-01-5694-PM.png?width=670&height=171&name=image-png-Aug-04-2026-03-14-01-5694-PM.png) **2.2** Click on **Generate a new export**, then click on **Download** :  ![](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-04-2026-03-14-56-4027-PM.png?width=670&height=95&name=image-png-Aug-04-2026-03-14-56-4027-PM.png) You will find the following information in this export:  ![](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Apr-18-2025-10-13-06-0743-AM.png?width=670&height=46&name=image-png-Apr-18-2025-10-13-06-0743-AM.png) \- *id*: export line identifier \- *supplier\_id*: supplier id \- *product\_id*: product id \- *product*.user\_ref: product SKU \- *origin\_slot\_content\_id*: id of the origin location \- *batch\_number*: lot number \- *last\_preparation\_day*: Best-Before Date \- *stock*: product stock in the location **💬 Good to know:** Depending on the number of stock variation lines to export, generation may take a few minutes.   ### 3. Configure your export You can select certain criteria and field configurations for your export.  To do this, go to the menu **Configurations** \> **File management** \> **Export** \> **Remote locations** \> **Configure**: ![](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-04-2026-03-16-41-1258-PM.png?width=670&height=139&name=image-png-Aug-04-2026-03-16-41-1258-PM.png) Here, you can configure the export format you want by checking / unchecking the listed options. **🚩 Special case:** **If your file contains commas** in the exported data, select the separator "**;"** when configuring your export. **💡 Tip:** - If the data format does not display correctly, go to the menu **Data** and select the desired format.
