Prerequisites - Export available **only** for **OMS Shippingbo packs** working in **Multi-Shippingbo**.   ### 2. How does the warehouse products export work? The export lets you gather **all the products in your shared catalog** with a warehouse. Each product is identified by: - A **SKU** - A **shared reference**, used in the warehouse's Shippingbo account (usually a WMS account). ➡️ This link synchronizes stock and product flows between your OMS and your warehouse's WMS.   ### 3. Configure your export You can select certain criteria and field configurations for your export. To do so, go to the menu **Configurations** \> **File management** \> **Export** \> **Products** \> **Configure**: ![](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-04-2026-02-55-25-4018-PM.png?width=670&height=163&name=image-png-Aug-04-2026-02-55-25-4018-PM.png) Here, you can configure the export format you want by checking / unchecking the listed options. **🚩 Special case:** **If your file contains commas** in the exported data, select the separator "**;"** when configuring your export. **💡 Tip:** - If the data format does not display correctly, go to the menu **Data** and select the desired format. View the shared product catalog To view the catalog shared with your seller, go to the menu **Warehouses** -\> Details of **the warehouse** in question -\> **Warehouse products:**  ![](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/prod%20entrepot-png-2.png?width=670&height=190&name=prod%20entrepot-png-2.png) Here you will find the following information:  - **id**: reseller product ID - **Product ID**: ID of the product in the account on which you view the catalog - **Product SKU** - **Shared reference**: Product reference shared between the OMS account and the WMS account - **Stock**: Product stock - **Enabled**: ✅ If the box is **checked**, the product link in the WMS -\> OMS direction is **enabled**. ❌If the box is **unchecked**, the product link in the WMS -\> OMS direction is **cut off**.  - **Linked to reseller**:  - - If "**active connection**" = the product **is properly linked** between the OMS and WMS accounts. - If "**inactive connection**" = the product **is not linked** between the OMS and WMS accounts.     **⚒️ Framework and responsibilities:**  Before fully using the feature described in this tutorial, we strongly recommend running **a test phase** with your own settings to check that the result matches your expectations.
