Prerequisites - Have access to the **Exports** module in Shippingbo - Have expected receipts already entered in the platform   ### 2. Feature description - This feature lets you generate an export containing all the information related to the expected receipts entered in Shippingbo. - The export can be downloaded in a configurable format and contains detailed data on suppliers, products, and expected or received quantities.   ### 3. Practical example A logistics manager wants to analyze the discrepancies between expected and received quantities. They generate an export of the expected receipts, then use the **quantity** and **received\_quantity** columns to identify supplier anomalies.   **⚒️ Framework and responsibilities:** Before fully using the feature described in this tutorial, we strongly recommend running **a test phase** with your own settings to check that the result matches your expectations.
