How the "Grouped\_order" tag works If the tag *grouped\_order* appears in the details of one of your orders, this means that there are other orders to prepare with the same delivery address. This tag is based on two criteria: \- All orders come from the same sales source \- All orders have identical address fields: email, postal code, city.  If these orders are in the same preparation session, they will be processed one after the other.   #### 2. Shipping with the "Grouped\_order" tag If you want to send all the orders with the "Grouped\_order" tag in a single parcel, here is the process to follow:  1\. Download the preparation slip for all the orders concerned 2\. Using these slips, follow the [ORDER-BY-ORDER PREPARATION PROCESS (1 PER PAGE)](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/processus-de-preparation-par-commande?hsLang=fr)  by placing all the products in a single parcel (the same box). 3\.
