Chronopost response: 601-This pudo hasn't been identified : 1-Unknown Error"*   This error is returned by Chronopost and indicates that the pick-up point number is not recognized by their services, or does not exist.    ✅**Solution:** We invite you to contact Chronopost with the number of the pick-up point to which you want to ship the order, so that they can check on their side whether this number exists or not.
