# COLISSIMO: ERROR WHEN GENERATING A DDP LABEL: "SERVICE NOT USED FOR THIS PRODUCT"

You are trying to generate a Colissimo label for an international order and want to use the DDP incoterm (fees paid by the sender).

However, you receive the following error when generating the label:

*"Service not authorized for this product. Please contact your sales representative."*

This error occurs because, for DDP shipments, it is mandatory to enter the parcel dimensions.

**Solution:** you need to enter the dimensions of the parcel(s) from the label generation page.

You will then be able to generate the label.
