Please check the address, then the label settings. ⚠️ dpd\_api\_error: 500 Internal Server Error: Customer is blocked   This error message means that the label generation request was successfully sent from Shippingbo to DPD, but that there is a block on the DPD server side, which returns error 500 to Shippingbo with the message: "***Customer is blocked***".
