[FAQs - Gestion des produits](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/base-de-connaissance/erreurs-fr%C3%A9quentes-comment-les-%C3%A9viter?hsLang=fr#faqs-gestion-des-produits) 25 octobre 2026 # MANUAL CREATION OF PRODUCTS IN THE SHARED CATALOG: "PRODUCT MUST BE FILLED IN" You are using Multi-Shippingbo (OMS + WMS) and are trying to create a product in the shared catalog (if you are on the OMS, the catalog is accessible from the "Warehouses" tab; if you are on the WMS, the catalog is accessible from the "Sellers" tab).    However, you receive the following error:  *"Error while saving the information - Product must be filled in"* This error occurs because the product was not first created in your own product catalog.  For a product to be created in a shared catalog, it must first exist in the catalog specific to your account.    ✅**Solution:** Here are the steps to follow to create products in a shared catalog:  **1**. Create the product in your classic product catalog, following this tutorial: [Add products in Shippingbo.](https://support-shippingbo.freshdesk.com/fr/support/solutions/articles/80000313445-ajouter-des-produits-dans-shippingbo)    **2**. Once the product is created, go to the shared catalog from the "Warehouses" tab if you are an OMS, or from the "Sellers" tab if you are a WMS.    **3**. Create the product in the shared catalog with the SKU you have just created and the shared reference agreed between the OMS and the WMS.
