To check this, you need to verify whether our IP addresses are allowed in the system in question. Here are the IP addresses: 3.74.16.63 3.74.39.181 3.74.48.178 52.18.227.53 52.213.188.24     52.48.188.143   **2**. **Or** the Prestashop site is temporarily overloaded and Shippingbo cannot do anything to resolve this error.
