You have one or more orders in error because the SKU sent by the sales source is not known to Shippingbo.    However, the EAN is known, and you want to use it to map the order lines instead of the SKU.    It is entirely possible to prioritize the EAN for mapping order lines when the SKU is wrong or incorrect, but this is not automatic behavior.     **✅Solution** **:** To enable this behavior, go to **Configurations** -\> **Logistics** -\> **Product management** and check the following option:  ![](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jul-02-2025-07-18-24-7584-AM.png?width=1894&height=789&name=image-png-Jul-02-2025-07-18-24-7584-AM.png) Note that this is fully compatible with the Multi-EAN feature.   #### Contact us 📬: Questions about this feature?
