Prerequisites✔️: - Disable the option ***Automatically click the print button when the parcel is ready*** in the menu **Configuration** \> **Logistics** \> tab **Logistics**. - Not all carriers support multi-parcel. See the list below. **Multi-parcel types by carrier:** - ✅ **Full multi-parcel** (a single tracking number for all parcels) *Compatible carriers*: DB Schenker, DHL, DPDbyAPI, Geodis, Kuehne, Nacex, TNT, UPS, Dachser. - 🔢 **Partial multi-parcel** (one tracking number per parcel) *Compatible carriers*: Colissimo, Amazon Merchant, Delivengo, Fedex, Frequenceo, GLSbyAPI, Post N, Showroom Privé, Veepee.   ### 3. For example, if your order weighs 12 kg and you have 3 parcels, you can decide, for example, to put 4 kg on each (if evenly split), or adjust according to the contents. - **With the "Picking control" option enabled**: The weight is calculated automatically based on the scanned items and their unit weight. - **With the "Divide the weight across each parcel in multi-parcel" option enabled**: The total weight of the order is divided equally among all parcels (available in **Configuration** \> **Logistics** \> tab **Logistics**): ![](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Apr-03-2025-09-44-33-2177-AM.png?width=370&height=55&name=image-png-Apr-03-2025-09-44-33-2177-AM.png) ➡️ This split is **equal by default**, it does not take into account the actual contents of each parcel. Use it only if the parcels are of similar weight. **⚠️ Special case - Colissimo to the DOM-TOM** With **Colissimo**, multi-parcel is **allowed to the DOM-TOM**, but: 🚫 **Limited to a maximum of 5 parcels** per shipment. This is a specific behavior: Colissimo handles a **true multi-parcel** for these destinations, but imposes this limit.     **⚒️ Framework and responsibilities:**  Before fully using the feature described in this tutorial, we strongly recommend running **a test phase** with your own settings to check that the result matches your expectations.
