Prerequisites - This feature is **available by default** for all accounts with the **PDA option** (from the **Pack Premium+**). - This feature requires a configured PDA terminal and active expected receipts in your OMS. ➡️ To activate expected receipts in the **OMS**, go to **Configurations** \> **Logistics** \> tab **Expected receipt**, where you will find the option **Enabled** to check: ![](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-04-2026-09-12-36-4835-AM.png?width=615&height=224&name=image-png-Aug-04-2026-09-12-36-4835-AM.png)   ### 2. Only the expected receipts containing the scanned product will be displayed on the PDA screen. - The application instantly displays the list of all pending expected receipts containing at least one quantity of this product. The reception of a product is therefore made to a location. Activating multi-expected-receipt reception You can configure and activate this feature on your own from your Shippingbo interface. To do so, on your **WMS**, go to: **Configurations \> Logistics \> Expected receipts**. Then check the following three options to ensure optimal operation: 1. ***Allow multi-expected-receipt reception*** : gives access to this reception mode on the PDA. 2. ***Enable strict reception*** : prevents the reception of products not planned in the selected expected receipts. 3. ***Automatically close the expected receipt upon complete reception*** : automatically closes the expected receipt as soon as all planned quantities have been scanned and confirmed. ![](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-04-2026-09-14-09-6883-AM.png?width=670&height=164&name=image-png-Aug-04-2026-09-14-09-6883-AM.png) ![](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-04-2026-09-16-34-6728-AM.png?width=670&height=211&name=image-png-Aug-04-2026-09-16-34-6728-AM.png)   ### 4. Practical example Imagine you have 3 pending expected receipts in your OMS, each containing 5 units of the product SKU `DERDE`. 1. You receive a parcel containing these products. 2. On your PDA, you go to **Goods receipt \> Multi-Expected Receipt** and you scan the SKU `DERDE`. 3. The 3 expected receipts containing this SKU are displayed on the screen. 4. You select the first expected receipt, then scan the 5 corresponding units. This expected receipt closes automatically thanks to the configured options. 5. You then select the second expected receipt, scan the next 5 units, and so on until the received stock is used up.   **⚒️ Framework and responsibilities:** Before fully using the feature described in this tutorial, we strongly recommend running **a test phase** with your own settings to check that the result matches your expectations.
