This means you only pay for the services you use. - **Why introduce these changes now?** These changes are driven by our commitment to providing the most suitable and most advantageous services for our customers. By evolving with market needs and in response to feedback from our users, we aim to offer a pricing structure that promotes flexibility, transparency and adaptability for all our partners. - **Is it possible to benefit from a fixed monthly flat rate rather than variable billing based on actual usage?** While many customers appreciate a precise breakdown of costs, others find that it makes accounting management more complex. To simplify your financial management, you can opt for fixed monthly flat-rate billing. If you would like to switch to a flat-rate offer, feel free to contact your sales manager, who will be happy to prepare a personalized proposal for you. - **What changes have been made to the automatic invoice generation option?** To ensure legal compliance and make your accounting management easier, we have improved our invoice generation process, making invoices compliant with French and European legislation. Shippingbo securely stores your billing data for 10 years. This includes the PDF invoice documents as well as the detailed sales journals. With this update and the introduction of our new pricing model, the service will now be billed at 3 cents per invoice issued (sending it by email to the end customer is also included in this rate).
