Shippingbo Smart Fulfillment relies on the interconnection between a merchant and one or more suppliers via Multi-Shippingbo.
Once activated, this feature allows you to automatically redirect the orders coming from your sales channels to the right supplier, who then takes care of the shipment.

3. Activate and configure Smart Fulfillment on your Shippingbo account

To activate the Multi-Shippingbo feature on your account, please contact our customer support.
Once activated, you must configure the shipping service mapping. Make sure that each delivery service is correctly mapped according to your suppliers. To do this, follow our tutorial here.
