# SHIPPING NON-AMAZON ORDERS VIA FBA WITH SHIPPINGBO

### 🚀 Is it possible to ship *non-Amazon* orders via FBA with Shippingbo?

**Yes!** With Shippingbo, you can ship **orders from any sales source** (e-commerce site, marketplace, ERP, etc.) **via FBA**, even if they were not placed on Amazon.

 

### ⚙️ How does this external FBA integration work?

Shipping via FBA for external orders relies on a **specific infrastructure** set up by Shippingbo:

1. Your **OMS (Order Management System)** collects your orders, regardless of their origin.
2. These orders are **sent to the “Virtual Bridge” module** of Shippingbo.
3. The **Virtual Bridge**:
   
     - Retrieves your **FBA stocks** directly from Amazon
     - Sends your **orders to Amazon**, which then handles their shipment via the FBA network.

➡️ **Result**: your external orders are shipped with Amazon's speed, tracking and logistics, even if they do not come from Amazon.

 

### 🤝 How do I activate this feature?

To benefit from this integration, contact your **Shippingbo sales contact**.

This option requires the **setup of the OMS and a Virtual Bridge** on your account.
