Viewing and searching data (Read) - **Dashboard:** access, summarize and use the alerts from your dashboard in its analyses. - **Orders**: search, filter, display details, check a status, diagnose a problem - **Products**: search by reference or EAN, view stock levels and product sheets - **Locations**: query your stock by location (advanced warehouse) - **Carriers & shipping methods**: list your configurations - **Returns**: view your return orders - **Supplies**: check your expected receipts - **Preparation sessions**: check the status of your sessions - **Save and share skills (reusable prompts)** - **Saving a skill:** turn a complex question or instruction into a named “skill” so you can easily replay it without retyping the request (ideal for a recurring diagnosis such as analyzing stalled orders, or a standardized reporting format). - **Sharing between users of the same account:** make a skill you created visible and usable by all members of the same Shippingbo account, in order to share best practices within the operations team. - **Answer your business and technical questions** - **Procedures**: configure a feature, set up a carrier, manage orders in error... - **Shippingbo concepts**: understand a status, a dispatch rule, the merging or splitting of orders... - **API**: example requests, endpoint structure, expected formats - **Diagnostics**: analyze why an order is blocked, in error or awaiting stock   #### 2. The user is solely responsible for verifying the information provided (stock references, shipping rules, critical settings) before any operational execution. - **Limitation of liability:** Shippingbo cannot be held liable for logistics errors, data loss or additional costs resulting from the application of an erroneous answer generated by the assistant. - **Launch pricing:** The service is currently billed at a preferential price to reflect the experimental nature of the tool.
