Prerequisites✔️ - This feature is available **from the Premium + pack.**   ### 3. How do the stock distribution options work? By default, Shippingbo **does not send stock** to your sales sources. You must manually enable stock distribution for each channel. Once enabled, you can apply **stock settings**: - **Minimum stock** Prevents sending a stock level below a defined threshold. *Example*: *If the actual stock is 2 but the minimum stock is set to 3, Shippingbo will keep pushing 3 until it reaches 0, at which point 0 will be sent.* - **Threshold stock** Hides the stock if it is less than or equal to a defined value. The **threshold** can be defined **per product**, in a field **autreRef** of the product sheet. *Example: If the threshold stock is set to 3 and the stock is 2 in Shippingbo, then 0 will be pushed to the sales source.* 📢 **Warning:** Follow the field name format (`other_ref3`) in the configuration **and in the product sheets**, otherwise the rule will not apply. - **Maximum stock** Upper limit: Shippingbo will never push more than this value, even if the actual stock is higher. *Example: Actual stock = 150, max stock = 100 → Shippingbo pushes 100.* For **each of these settings**, you can: - Specify a threshold per product in a field **autreRef** of the product sheet and by specifying the chosen field in the option ***Product field in which to enter the threshold stock (or minimum or maximum).*** - Specify a default threshold by filling in the option ***Threshold stock (or minimum or maximum)*** which will apply to all products that have no value defined in the field **autreRef** of the product sheet.   - **Push the minimum stock when the stock is at zero** This option lets you push the minimum stock value you entered even if your stock is 0. ![](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-31-2025-09-00-18-3684-AM.png?width=320&height=40&name=image-png-Oct-31-2025-09-00-18-3684-AM.png) 📢 **Warning:** For this option to work, the minimum stock must be filled in.    ### 4. How do I enable the stock distribution options? By default, stock distribution is **disabled**. You must enable it manually for each sales channel. Use the stock distribution options You are an e-merchant selling on several marketplaces. You want to prevent your products from appearing as available if you have fewer than 5 units. - You enable stock distribution on your Cdiscount channel. - You configure a **threshold stock of 5**. - You enter the value in the field `other_ref3` of each relevant product sheet. ➡️ As soon as the stock drops below 5, Shippingbo pushes **0** to Cdiscount. Your actual stock remains intact in Shippingbo, but the product is hidden from sale on the marketplace. 💠 **Note:** You can configure **a different product field** for each sales channel if needed.   📢 **Warning:** Stock distribution **must be enabled** for the rules to take effect. No information will be transmitted if this step is forgotten.   **⚒️ Recommendation:**  Before fully using the feature described in this tutorial, we strongly recommend running **a test phase** with your own settings to check that the result matches your expectations.
