Prerequisites **✔️**: - Have the **packing photo** option activated. This option can be activated on request; please send your request to your Shippingbo account manager. - Allow camera access on the terminal used (PDA or PC)       ### 3. How do printing and the configuration of product labels work? The **packing photo** feature allows you to capture a photo of the parcel, automatically or manually, at the end of packing and picking control. Depending on the selected setting: - The photo can be taken automatically right after the packing and picking control step (picking control is not required to use this feature). - It is then linked to the order ➡️ The photo taken is **not immediately visible** after capture ➡️ The photo can only be viewed **after the order has been shipped** ➡️ The photo is kept for 1 year on Shippingbo     ### 4. The photo is automatically propagated from the **WMS** to the **OMS**.   #### 4.3 Using tags You can require a photo to be taken only for certain orders via the tag ***Package\_Picture\_Required***. Example A picker prepares an order using their PDA: 1.
