Error "Missing or invalid ship to address line 1"** You are trying to ship an order with the carrier UPS but receive the following error:  *"Missing or invalid ship to address line 1"* **This error is due to the delivery address containing more characters than UPS allows. The limit is 35 characters per line.**   **✅ Solution** **:** You need to reduce the number of characters per line. You can use the lines *Address line 2* and *Address line 3* to enter the full destination address.      #### 2. Here: \- the field **Service** corresponds to home deliveries \- the field **Pick-up point service** corresponds to pick-up point deliveries  ![](https://static.hsstatic.net/BlogImporterAssetsUI/ex/missing-image.png)   **✅Solution**:  You must therefore make sure that the fields **Service** and **Pick-up point service** correspond correctly to the delivery method mentioned above so that the labels can be generated correctly.     #### 3. Error "Invalid sold to state province code.
