CN23: ERROR WHEN GENERATING THE LABEL: PACKAGE PRODUCT HAS NO UNIT PRICE

You are trying to generate a label for an order shipped abroad that requires a CN23, but you receive the following error message: 

"PackageProduct has no unit price. InternationalDetail cannot be generated."

This error message indicates that one or more items in the order do not have an individual price filled in. This prevents the generation of a CN23 (customs document), which is required for international shipments. 

Solution: on the label generation page, you need to enter a unit price for each product.
