Shippingbo allows you to customise product fields in your Shippingbo catalogue. You can add a customised field to your products page on top of the OtherRef created per default in Shippingbo.

CAREFUL We always recommand you try uploading the file with one line of data to start with. This prevents from any mistakes done during uploads, as solving upload mistakes can take a long time and be costly. |
Uploading an additional field on your product page
This file upload allows you to add an additional field to a product page in case the OtherRef fields are not enough; or if you wish to customise even more the information on your product.
Step 1 : In order to add an additional field by file upload, go to the menu Configuration -> Files management -> Upload -> Product additional fields :
Step 2 : Click on "Upload file", then choose the action to take on this file :
- "Create" to create new additional fields
- "Update" to update existing ones
Then, download the corresponding sample file :
Step 3 : Fill in the file with your data :
- product_id : Id of the product for which you want to create the field
- key : name of the new field you wish to create
- value : the value you wish to add in this field
Step 4 : Click on "Drop or select file" to uplaoad your file and then on "Upload" :
Finding the additional field in your catalogue
In your product catalogue, go to the product page for which you have added a field and click on the "Additional Ref" tab :
Here, you will find the additional fields created for your product.
