The Analytics menu is a figure analysis tool created in order to help you manage your business. It allows you to access the data created from your orders, revenues, and best selling offers over a period of time chosen by yourself.
The Analytics tool is divided in 3 diferent pages presented in this tutorial.
First of all, to access the tool, go to the menu "Analytics" on the left of the page.
1st page : Order volume
This first page is divided in 4 diferent categories :
Available filters : to begin with, select the priod of time you wish to get the data for.
- You can select the same day, the previous week, the previous month or even the previous year.
- Otherwise, if you directly click on the dates, you can select the exact period of time you wish to by clicking on the start day and end day.
1. Total order count
Shippingbo will show you the following information :
- the total of orders received over the chosen period of time
- the daily average count of orders received
- the daily total of shipped orders over the same period of time
- the daily average count of shipped orders

This graphic shows the daily quantity of orders received in Shippingbo over the selected period of time, as well as the orders shipped over the same period :
3. Evolution of orders by source
This graphic is divided between the orders retrieved and the shipped orders.
The graphic "orders received" shows the number of daily orders received in Shippingbo over the selected time period, depending on their order source.
The graphic "Orders sent" shows the total of daily orders shipped via Shippingbo over the selected period of time and depending on the order source :
4. Orders by source graphics
You can check here the quantity of orders received over the selected time period and depending on their order source :
- number of orders received by source
- percentage of orders received by source
Note :
You can download any graph in a csv format when clicking on the arrow at the top right hand corner of each graph :
2nd page : Revenues
This second page has the same organisation as the first one but shows the revenues generated by the orders received in Shippingbo, over the selected period of time.
The revenues presented here is based on the total price of te orders received in Shippingbo from your diferent orders sources.
Available filters : to begin with, select the priod of time you wish to get the data for.
- You can select the same day, the previous week, the previous month or even the previous year.
- Otherwise, if you directly click on the dates, you can select the exact period of time you wish to by clicking on the start day and end day.
1. Revenue over period of time
This first category shows :
- the total revenue (incl. taxes) generated over the selected time period by the orders received in Shippingbo
- the average daily revenue (incl. taxes) generated :

The second category shows with a graphic the daily revenue (incl. taxes) generated by the orders received in Shippingbo over the selected time period :
3. Daily Revenue (incl. taxes) by order source
The third category shows with a graph the daily revenue (incl. taxes) generated by the orders received in Shippingbo over the selected time period and by order source :
4. Revenue (incl. taxes) by source
The fourth category shows with 2 graphs the following data :
- the revenue (incl. taxes) in Euro generated by the orders received in Shippingbo over the selected period of time and by source (on the left)
- the percentage of revenue generated by the orders received in Shippingbo over the selected period of time and by source (on the right)
Note :
The Analytics tool converts to Euro all orders that would be received in a different currency.
The Euro currency is the only currency that will appear on the tool.
3rd page : Best selling offers
This third and last page is organized a tad differently from the others. It shows the data from your best selling offers depending on their source. Moreover, it shows the performance of each of your best selling offers.
Available filters : to begin with, select the priod of time you wish to get the data for.
- You can select the same day, the previous week, the previous month or even the previous year.
- Otherwise, if you directly click on the dates, you can select the exact period of time you wish to by clicking on the start day and end day.
1. Total of sold items over the selected time period
The first category shows the total of items sold over the selected period of time by the orders received in Shippingbo :

The second category shows with 2 graphs the following data :
- The total of items sold over the selected period of time and by source (on the left)
- The percentage of items sold over the selected period of time and by source (on the right)
3. Offers
Summary :
The third category shows in a tab a summary of the details of the best selling offers over the selected period of time.
The information contained in this tab are the following :
- SKU of the offer
- title of the offer
- the total of items sold
- the order source on which the item has been sold the most, with the total of item sold on this latter and its corresponding percentage :
Summary by item :
If you click on one of the items in this tab, you will access the details of the offer.
1. Total number of items sold over the selected period
Shippingbo will show the following information :
- the total of sold items over the selected period of time
- the average of daily sold items
2. Sold items
This graph shows the daily quantity of items sold over the selected period of time :
3. Evolution of sold items by source
This graph shows the number of sale by day and by source over the selected period of time :
4. Sale by source
Those 2 graphs show the details of the items sold by source over the selected period of time :
- the number of items sold by source (graph on the left)
- the percentage of items sold by source (graph on the right)

You can even dig further into the details of those sales if you click at the top of the tab on "Details".
Here you can see the detail of the sales on the different sources.
You will find in this tab the following information :
- SKU of the offer
- title of the offer
- the total of items sold
- the number of items sold by source :
