Dropshipping is a commercial template in which a merchant (reseller) sells products without owning the stock. He directly gives the product stock to providers.
The Shippingbo dropshipping method allows to connect a merchant to a provider while using the Multi-Shippingbo process.
It allows the merchant to increase the range of products he can sell without having to store any stock.

Activating the Multi-Shippingbo process
In order to activate the Multi-Shippingbo process on your provider account, please get in touch with our support team that will activate it on your accont.
Creating your shipping rates
Step 1 : The next step here is to create your mapping for the shared shipping services in order to give access to your shipping contracts to your merchants.
In order to create it, please follow our following tutorial : Créer un mapping des services d'expédition.
Step 2 : Once you have creating your mapping, enter the menu Configurations -> Accounts -> Dropshipping and create your shipping areas by clicking on "Create" :
Step 3 : You can export your existing shipping prices in order to edit your current rates schedule or create a new one :
Adding your shipping rates
Step 1 : The Enter the menu Configuration -> Files Management -> Uplaod -> Shipping rates table :
Step 2 : Click on "Upload file" and download the sample file :
Step 3 : Fill in the following information :
- logistician_service_config_name : in other to find the exact name, go to Configuration -> Orders -> Shared shipping services
- name : you can add here the name you wish
- min : tranche minimum weight
- max : trench maximum weight
- expedition_area_name : name of the shipping area previously created. Careful : the name has to be the exact same one, upper-case ans lower-case included, as the name present in the shipping area menu.
- price _cents : indicate the price here.
Step 4 : Once the file completed, download it and click on "Upload" :
Managing the B2B product catalogue
You can add the B2B price in your product catalogue.
The B2B price corresponds to the selling price of the product between the provider and the merchant.
To add it, enter the designated product page in your Shippingbo catalogue and add the B2B price in the dropshipping price field :

You will find the B2B prices in the Products report.
Go to the menu Configuration -> Files management -> Reports -> Products, then click on "Configure" :
Then tick the box "Dropshipping price" :
Merchant contracts management
To apply it, enter the configurations of the contract linked to the merchant and edit the percentage of the price per default :
Here you can also see and edit the dropshipping balance that you allow your merchant to reach. Once this balance has been reached, the orders comming from the merchant won't be propagated to your account anymore.
The balance is taken out fom the total cost of each order (B2B price + calculated shipping price). You can add at any given moment a balance to a merchant :
Billing management
In order to help you with your billing tasks for your merchants, we give you access to a dropshipping orders report.
You can find it in the menu Configuration -> Files management -> Reports -> Dropshipping orders :
