GENERATING A REPORT OF PRODUCTS SOLD

This report allows you to retrieve all data from your products sold in Shippingbo.

Generating the report

Step 1 : Go to the menu Configuration -> Files Management -> Reports-> Products sold : 

Step 2 : Click on "Add", and select either the data from the last 2 months or a date range of your choice. 

You can also select a source of order if you wish to, but that remains optional. 

Then, click on "Validate" : 

Step 3 : Download the report : 

NOTE

Depending on the number of products sold that need to be retrieved, the report can take up to a few minutes to be downloaded.
