      GENERATING A REPORT OF YOUR SHIPMENTS

      This report allows you to gather all of the information about your shipments done in Shippingbo.

      Generating the report

       

      Step 1 : Go to the menu Configuration → Files Management → Reports → Shipments : 

       

      Step 2 : Click on "Add" and select either the data from the last 2 months or a date range of your choice. 

      Then, click on "Validate" : 

       

      Step 3 : Download the report : 

       

      NOTE

      Depending on the number of shipments that need to be retrieved, the report can take up to a few minutes to be downloaded.
