# HOW TO CHANGE OR DELETE A USER IN SHIPPINGBO?

 

It **is** **not possible** to change a user's email address in Shippingbo, or to delete a user.

 

✅ **Solution:**

If you want to perform either of these two actions, you will need to deactivate the user in question and create a new one.
