Shippingbo allows you to import the tracking numbers of your orders in the event that they are not automatically integrated at the time of shipping.
Why import tracking information into Shippingbo?
If the carrier with which you have sent your orders is not yet connected to Shippingbo, you can still change the status of these orders to "shipped" and enter their tracking number.
This will allow you to have all the shipping information for these orders on your Shippingbo account.
How do I upload tracking information into Shippingbo ?
To import your tracking information into your Shippingbo interface, you can do so either manually or by import.
a) In order to add them manually, you can follow those steps :
Step 1 : Enter the Tracking number" menu and select the field to want to scan depending on your preparation method :
- Picking cart box
- Package ID
- Source Reference
- Original Reference
Step 2 : Select the carrier you used to generate the label and the tracking number.
NOTE
If the carrier used does not appear here, please contact our support team, who will be able to add it.
Step 3 : Add the tracking number and click on Enter :
b) In order to add them by upload, you can follow those steps :
Step 1 : Generate the packing slip of the targeted order via its "Documents" tab :
Step 2 : Download the packing slip and keep the package number :
Step 3 : Enter the Configuration menu -> Files management -> Upload -> Tracking information :
Step 4 : Click on "Upload file" and download the sample file :

CAREFUL If you're working with the advanced warehouse functionality, you will have to download the second sample file :

Step 5 : Fill in the file with the required information :
- order_id : ID of the order / package_id : Shippingbo ID of the package number
- shipping_method_id: Shippingbo ID of the carrier used. If your carrier ID is not on the list, please let our support team know so that they can add it.
- shipping_ref: Tracking number
- ship_order: here, enter either "1" to change the order status to "shipped", or "0" so that the order status does not change.
Step 6 : Once the file is ready, click on "Drop or select file" to download it and then click on "Upload" :
Once the file has been uplaoded, you will find the tracking numbers in the shipment details.
