MONDIAL RELAY: ERROR WHEN GENERATING A LABEL: THE SENDER OR RECIPIENT NAME IS INVALID

You are trying to generate a label with Mondial Relay, but you receive the following error:

"MondialRelayApi::Client::MondialRelayError: 30-The sender's or the recipient's name is invalid. Please check that the last name and first name fields are filled in your customer account."

This error indicates an issue with the "Name" field of the shipping or delivery address:

✅ Solution:

1. Either this field is not filled in, so you need to check both the delivery address and the shipping address (in Configurations => Accounts; if you have a WMS account, check whether you have a shipping address by origin specific to the order origin in Configurations => Notifications and labels => Shipping addresses by origin ; check whether an address specific to this carrier is configured in the label account)

2. Or the value entered in this field exceeds the number of characters allowed by Mondial Relay, so you need to shorten the value entered.
