This tutorial introduces the Shippingbo dashboard and explains how you can use it to monitor your daily tasks.
The Shippingbo dashboard is divided into 6 different categories.
First of all, in order to reach your dashbord, click on the menu "Dashboard" on the left of the screen :
First category : Actions to do
The first category in the dashboard is named "To do" and informs you on all the actions that need to be done during the day :
- Orders that are currently in the status "to be prepared". Careful : this takes into account orders that have the status "to be prepared" but also the ones that have the status "dispatched" and "sent to logistics".
- The supply capsules that are ongoing
- Order returns to be processed
- Picking refill missions to do
If you click on each category, you will be redirected to the corresponding pages :
- The category "orders to prepare" will redirect you towards the "Orders" page, with this latter filtered directly on all orders to prepare.
- The category "expected receptions" will redirect you towards the supply capsules pages
- The category "return orders to process" will redirect you towards the order returns page
- Finally, the category "picking refill missions" informs you on the number of picking refill missions that need to be done and will redirect you towards the refill mission page.
Second category : Alerts
This second category shows the ongoing alerts requiring an action from your part on your Shippingbo account.
You will find there :
- The number of orders that are in a dispatch error status
- The number of orders waiting for stock
- The number of orders in error
- Products with a stock alert
- FTP in error
- Invoices generation errors
- Missing picking stock
If you click on those alerts, you will be redirected to the corresponding pages.
Third category : Actions in progress
This third category shows the actions currently in progress on your Shippingbo account such as :
- Preparation run : picking started, dispatched started ; including the number of orders included in those preparation runs and the name of the agent working on those runs. The number indicated at the top right hand corner is the total of orders that are in preparation runsand that are not completed.
- Ongoing refill missions with the name of the agent working on it
- Ongoing receptions
- Ongoing inventories
Fourth category : Overview of the day
This fourth category shows an overview of the day in the shape of a graphic :
- You will see the number of shipped orders as well as the number of orders received during the day. If you slide the mouse pointer on the graph you can see the details per hour.
- On the right side of the graph, you will see a summary of the day.
Moreover, this category gives you access to the order book if you click on the order book icon at the top right hand corner of the tab :
The order book tab allows you to access the received orders per day as well as their current status.
In order to go back to the overview of the day graph, click on the calendar icon at the top right hand corner of the tab :
Fifth category : Warehouse slots
If you are using the advanced warehouse feature, this category will appear on your dashboard. It will show the number of slots available at that moment, as well as the corresponding percentage to those available slots :

Sixth category : Indicators
This sixth and last category shows the main performance indicators over :
- The last 7 days :
- the average shipping time
- the percentage of orders shipped on time
- Over the 60 last days :
- the percentage of orders that created a return

The dashboard is update devery 5 minutes.
