The report "Logisticians" in Shippingbo allows you to access all the billing data you need in order to bill your customers who possess an OMS account linked to your WMS account and using your services.
NOTE :
This report is reserved for logisticiens who have a Shippingbo WMS for 3PL pack. It gives them access to all the data they need in order to bill their customers.
Generating the report
Step 1 : Go to the menu Configuration -> Files Management -> Reports-> Logistician :
Step 2 : Click on "Add", and select either the data from the last 2 months or a date range of your choice.
Then, click on "Validate" :
Step 3 : Download the report :
Step 4 : The report has 4 pages :
- Facturation préparation : on this first page you will find all the data regarding the orders prepared by your services and to whicj customer you need to bill it to.
- Facturation mise en stock : this second page gathers all data regarding all placing in stock actions done per customer.
- Facturation retour : this third page gives you all the data regarding order returns and their component done per customer.
- Facturation emplacement : Finally, this last page gathers all the data regarding slots used by customer.
