UPDATE YOUR PRODUCT CATALOGUE WITH SERIAL NUMBERS AND BARCODES USING FTP IMPORT

Shippingbo allows you to automate and update your product catalogue by FTP import, including the serial numbers and barcodes of your products.

Update your product catalogue by FTP import

To update or even automate your Shippingbo product catalogue including serial numbers and barcodes by FTP import, please ask our support team to send you the corresponding file called "Createproduct.csv". 

To fill in the file correctly, you will need to fill in at least the following columns:

- userRef : the product reference
- stock : enter the current stock of your product here if you wish
- ean13 : EAN of the product
- title : product title
- complete the other columns as required

Then,  go to the end of the file and fill in the last two columns: 

- serialNumbersEnabled: enter "No" if you don't want to enable the serial numbers feature for this product, and "Yes" if you do.

- barcode: if you wish to add several barcodes to the product, enter them in this column between inverted commas and separated by commas ("XXXXXXXX,XXXXXXX,XXXXXX") as in the example below:

Remember to remove any empty columns from your file before uploading it.
