First, check the **column separator selected**. The selected separator must be the same in the file and in the interface before import.   **2**. Then, check that the column headers are exactly the same as in the example file provided in the tutorial corresponding to the operation you are trying to perform. The headers must be strictly identical to those of the example file.    **3**.
