CHRONOPOST: ERROR FOR A PICK-UP POINT ORDER "THIS PUDO HASN'T BEEN IDENTIFIED"

You are trying to generate a Chronopost label for an order shipped to a pick-up point, but you receive the following error message:

"1. Chronopost response: 601-This pudo hasn't been identified : 1-Unknown Error"

This error is returned by Chronopost and indicates that the pick-up point number is not recognized by their services, or does not exist.

✅Solution:

We invite you to contact Chronopost with the number of the pick-up point to which you want to ship the order, so that they can check on their side whether this number exists or not. They can also give you another working pick-up point number.
