Chronopost response: 1500-invalid account or password-Unknown Error"*** or this error message: ***"33-Invalid access-Invalid data error. At least one field is not formatted correctly."***   This error indicates that the Chronotrace password entered in your label account in Shippingbo is not the right one for this account number.    **Solution:** first, get in touch with your account manager at Chronopost to have your Chronotrace password confirmed, then send it to Shippingbo support so that we can correct it in the interface.    **📢 Warning:**  This is not the password of your Chronopost account, but the  **Chronotrace password.**   ​ Contact us 📬: Questions about this feature?
