[FAQs - Erreur à la génération des étiquettes](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/erreurs-fr%C3%A9quentes-comment-les-%C3%A9viter?hsLang=fr#faqs-erreur-%C3%A0-la-g%C3%A9n%C3%A9ration-des-%C3%A9tiquettes) 30 octobre 2026 # ERROR WHEN GENERATING THE LABEL FOR AN ORDER WITH CN23: "THE TOTAL SHIPPING COST AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN TRANSMITTED" When generating the label for an order requiring a CN23, the following error message is displayed: **"The total shipping cost amount has not been transmitted."**    This is because the shipping costs have not been filled in for this order.   ✅**Solution:**  On the order's shipment page, go to the **Parcel information** -\> **Shipping cost value** section and fill in the corresponding shipping costs.  For the system to be able to generate the label, the **shipping costs must be filled in**.
