I CAN'T GENERATE A LABEL

You try to generate a label from the corresponding button on the order page or from the Generate a label tab, but nothing happens when you click on it, or when you enter the order reference and press ENTER.

This is probably because the order is empty, meaning it contains no products, or because the ordered products have, for some reason, a quantity equal to 0.

If an order is empty, meaning it has no quantity in its order lines, it will not be possible to generate a label.

✅Solution:

Go to the order (it must have the "To prepare" status) and enter a quantity.
