You have one or more orders in error because the SKU sent by the sales source is not known to Shippingbo.    The EAN, however, is known, and you want to use it to map the order lines instead of the SKU.    It is entirely possible to prioritize the EAN for order line mapping in case of a wrong or incorrect SKU; however, this is not automatic behavior.     **✅Solution** **:** To enable this behavior, go to **Configurations** -\> **Logistics** -\> **Product management** and check the following option:  ![](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jul-02-2025-07-18-24-7584-AM.png?width=1894&height=789&name=image-png-Jul-02-2025-07-18-24-7584-AM.png) Note that this is compatible with the Multi-EAN feature.   #### Contact us 📬: Questions about this feature?
