This makes multi-account management within a single company easier.   ### **Benefits of the feature ✨** - **Time savings:** Simplified access to several accounts without logging in again. - **Improved productivity:** Smooth navigation between accounts. - **Centralized access:** A single user can manage several entities.   ### 1. Prerequisites - This feature must be enabled by Shippingbo support. It is not possible to define different roles depending on the account.     ### 4. Billing management for multi-account users - A multi-account user incurs an additional charge of **€20** on top of the **€20** already billed. - A user with access to at least **two accounts** will therefore be billed **€40 per month**. 💠 **Note:** - The free users included in your pack can be single-account or multi-account at no extra cost. - If the total number of users exceeds the quota included in the pack, **the multi-account user will be billed first (€40).** - Only users authorized to manage users can see the billing details in **Configurations -\> Accounts**.     **⚒️ Framework and responsibilities:**  Before fully using the feature described in this tutorial, we strongly recommend running **a test phase** with your own settings to check that the result matches your expectations.
