This error message means that **several products have the same EAN** in your product catalog. This is known as an EAN duplicate.    Since Pick and Print is **incompatible with EAN duplicates**, you receive this error message and are unable to scan these products.    ✅**Solution:** You can **edit the EAN** of the product concerned directly in the product sheet.   Note that assigning the same EAN to several different products is possible, but **strongly discouraged**, notably because several Shippingbo options are incompatible with EAN duplicates, such as Pick and Print and multi-EAN.    #### Contact us 📬: Questions about this feature?
