WHY DOES AN ORDER RE-INCREMENT STOCK?

Several reasons can cause an order to re-increment product stock:

1. The order was canceled before being shipped: since the products were not shipped, they are automatically put back into stock.

2. The order was shipped directly from the sales source: if the order was shipped from the external service and the shipping process in Shippingbo was not followed, Shippingbo will consider that the products are still in your warehouse and will therefore automatically put them back into stock.

✅ Solution: if the product was actually shipped and has therefore left your warehouse, you will need to manually adjust the stock in your Shippingbo account if this was not done automatically.

3. The order did not follow the expected shipping process: if the shipping process was not followed correctly, the software cannot know that the products were shipped. It will therefore consider that they are still in your warehouse and will put them back into stock.

✅Solution:

- If you do not ship using Advanced warehouse, you can check our label generation process here.

- If you ship using Advanced Warehouse, you must go through the parcel ID of the order's preparation slip. You can find the explanations here.

📢 Warning:
With an Expert + Pack, using the Generate a label button instead of the standard shipping process can lead to a stock increment.
