DPD: ERROR WHEN GENERATING A LABEL: INVALID SHIPPER CENTER NUMBER

You are trying to generate a label for a shipment with DPD, but you receive the error message below: 

"500 InternalServerError: invalid shipper CenterNumber for customer CenterNumber 6"

 

This error message means that the agency code entered in your DPD label account in Shippingbo does not match the one associated with your account number at DPD.

 

✅Solution: please ask DPD to confirm the agency code associated with your account. Then, contact Shippingbo support via the "Help" button so that the configuration of your DPD account can be corrected.
