DPD: ERROR WHEN GENERATING A LABEL: SERVICE NOT EXPORTABLE

You are trying to generate a label for a shipment with DPD, but you receive the error message below:

"500 Internal Server Error : Service not exportable-eServiceTypEmpfAvisoSMS - only national possible"

 

This error message means that your DPD agency has not opened exports for this service.

Please contact your DPD account manager so that they can open this service on your DPD account.
