AMAZON SHIPPING: ERROR WHEN GENERATING A LABEL "NO AMAZON MERCHANT SERVICE IS AVAILABLE"

You are trying to generate an Amazon Shipping label for Amazon orders, but you receive the following error:

"No Amazon Merchant service is available"

This error is sent to us directly by Amazon and does not originate from Shippingbo. There can be several reasons for this error: either Amazon considers that the carrier cannot handle this order, or it is a dimensions issue, etc.

✅Solution: You need to contact Amazon technical support, providing them with as much information as possible about the order in question, as well as the debug files if possible.
