CHRONOPOST: ERROR "THE GEOPOST SERVICE CODE WAS NOT FOUND"

You are trying to generate a label with the carrier Chronopost, but you receive the following error: 

"35-Code Service GeoPost not found-The GeoPost service code was not found. Please check that the country codes (destination and sender), the postal codes and the chosen service are consistent."

 

This error indicates that we are not sending the correct service code to Chronopost in our label generation request.

You can contact Shippingbo Support with the number of the order concerned so that we can correct this.
