COLISSIMO: ERROR WHEN GENERATING A DDP LABEL: "SERVICE NOT AUTHORIZED FOR THIS PRODUCT"

You are trying to generate a Colissimo label for an international order and want to use the DDP incoterm (costs paid by the sender).

However, you receive the following error when generating the label:

"Service not authorized for this product. Please contact your sales representative."

This error occurs because, for DDP shipments, it is mandatory to fill in the parcel dimensions.

Solution: you need to fill in the dimensions of the parcel(s) from the label generation page.

You will then be able to generate the label.
