TNT: "VALID IS 12 CHARACTERS" ERROR

You are trying to generate a label with the carrier TNT but receive the following error:

"API response: The field 'receiver.contactFirstName' has an invalid size. Valid is 12 characters."

This error is sent to us by TNT's services, as their systems do not allow more than 12 characters per field.

✅Solution: you need to edit the value here so that it is shorter than 12 characters.
